Information that must be retained in order to comply with accounting, tax or other legal requirements is processed because Solvira Wellness has a legal obligation to do so.

Any marketing will only be carried out on the basis of separate consent.

5. Who may have access to your information?

Your personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Solvira Wellness uses Google Sites, Google Forms and Google Workspace for its website, forms, email and data storage. Google may therefore process personal data on behalf of Solvira Wellness as a technical service provider. The Google Workspace agreement includes specific terms relating to data processing and security.

Information may also be shared with an accountant, professional advisers or public authorities where this is necessary or required by law.

If a service provider processes personal data outside the EEA, this will only take place where there is a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards are in place.

6. How long is your information stored?

Personal data will not be stored for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Enquiries and pre-bookings that do not result in a customer relationship will normally be deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Information relating to completed treatments, payments and accounting may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with legal requirements.

Information used for marketing purposes will be retained until consent is withdrawn.

Data protection rules require businesses to establish appropriate retention periods or regularly review the personal data they store.
