Booking and Cancellation Terms
Last updated: 2 August 2026
These terms apply to treatments booked with Solvira Wellness.
1. Booking and confirmation
Submitting the contact or pre-booking form does not constitute a final confirmation of an appointment.
Your booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Solvira Wellness by email, SMS or another agreed communication channel.
2. Prices and payment
The applicable price and any travel fee will be communicated and agreed upon before the treatment is confirmed.
Payment methods will be provided at the time of booking. The client is responsible for paying the agreed price for the treatment and any additional charges that have been confirmed in advance.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations or changes to an appointment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the treatment price may be charged.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full treatment price may be charged.
In the case of sudden illness, please contact me as early as possible. Each situation will be considered individually.
If Solvira Wellness needs to cancel the treatment, a new appointment will be offered. Any amount paid in advance will be refunded if the alternative appointment is not suitable.
4. Late arrival
If the client arrives late, the treatment time may be shortened out of consideration for the next appointment. The agreed price will still apply.
In the event of a significant delay, the appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.
5. Mobile treatments
Solvira Wellness may offer treatments in the client’s home, hotel or holiday accommodation by prior arrangement.
Any travel fee will be communicated before the booking is confirmed. The client must provide the correct address and ensure that there is sufficient space and a calm, safe environment for the treatment.
For treatments at a hotel, the client is responsible for checking whether the hotel allows external treatment providers.
6. Health and treatment adjustments
Before the treatment, the client must inform Solvira Wellness of any circumstances that may affect whether the treatment can be carried out or needs to be adapted, such as pregnancy, injuries, allergies, fever or contagious illness.
Relevant information will be collected privately before the treatment and should not be provided through the general pre-booking form.
Solvira Wellness may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if this is considered necessary for safety or the client’s well-being.
The treatments offered by Solvira Wellness are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
7. Safety and professional boundaries
All treatments are provided within safe and professional boundaries.
Inappropriate, sexual, threatening or disrespectful behaviour will result in the treatment being ended immediately. The agreed treatment price may still be charged.
8. Treatment of minors
Anyone under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. Solvira Wellness may also require a parent or legal guardian to be present during the treatment.
9. Complaints and contact
Questions or complaints can be sent to:

I aim to find a suitable solution if you are not satisfied with the service provided.
10. Statutory rights
These terms do not limit any mandatory rights the client has under applicable Spanish and European consumer protection law.
For bookings made at a distance, statutory rules regarding the right of withdrawal may apply. The applicable exceptions depend, among other things, on the type of service booked and whether the service is scheduled for a specific date.
I would therefore not state that treatments are automatically exempt from the right of withdrawal until this has been confirmed by a Spanish legal adviser.
